After a long journey of writing, healing, learning, growing, and finding my voice, I’ve taken another step forward and launched my very own podcast — now available through Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
This podcast is going to be about real conversations, real stories, healing, resilience, relationships, trauma, the things we carry, and the things we rarely talk about.
I’ll also be bringing people onto the podcast to share their stories, discuss important topics, talk about their own work, promote books and projects, and even do readings.
And I’m looking for people who would like to come and have a conversation with me — whether you have a story to tell, something meaningful to teach, a book to share, or simply a perspective that deserves to be heard.
This has certainly been a long journey to get here… but I did it. 🥹❤️
